Company Terms of Service (For Creators)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Creator”, “you”) and

Diversity TikTok Agency, operated by Diversity Media LTD (“Agency”, “we”).

​

1. Services Provided

We provide talent representation, campaign negotiation, brand partnerships, and promotional

management for TikTok creators.

2. Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years old and a UK resident. - You must own and operate your TikTok

account in compliance with TikTok’s Community Guidelines.

3. Agency Rights & Obligations

- We will use reasonable efforts to secure brand opportunities. - We will represent you in

negotiations with agreed brands. - We will liaise with TikTok where necessary to support your

creator account.

4. Creator Rights & Obligations

- You will provide accurate account analytics and content data when requested. - You will deliver

agreed content within campaign deadlines. - You will comply with TikTok’s payment and

commission structure. - Joining the Discord server is not a requirement, but it is highly recommended as the Discord is vital for future communications and offers valuable opportunities for growth. - You will not enter conflicting agreements during the term of our contract without prior written consent.

5. Fees & Payments

- All creator payments are processed directly by TikTok. - Commission rates and payment timelines

are determined by TikTok and not altered by Diversity TikTok Agency.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Creators can request termination through

the TikTok LIVE Creator section of their TikTok account. The Agency reserves the right to terminate

this agreement without notice if the Creator breaches these Terms of Service, TikTok’s Terms of

Service, or TikTok’s Community Guidelines.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
